This program is designed to facilitate the adaptation of  expatriates and their families to  their new environment, delivering practical information, guidelines and techniques necessary to quickly integrate into Chilean culture. Understand Chilean social codes and customs, both in a formal office environment and  informal domestic situations.  This program is led by  a psychologist and the sessions are adapted to the nationality of the executives and their families, as well as to the requirements of each company.
